Payment

 All prices in the online store are quoted in UK pounds sterling.

We accept payment by Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, and Solo and use Pay Pal  to process and encrypt your credit card payment details safely.

With Pay Pal, you can shop online securely and conveniently using your debit or credit card, bank account or Pay Pal balance, all without sharing your financial details with the seller.

If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order we are happy to accommodate you. In this case please contact us for further information.

Delivery and Postage

  • Orders will normally be posted out within 1-2 working days.
  • All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery.
  • All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Airmail.
  • Our standard delivery charges are as follows: UK - £2.50; Europe - £4.00;


For any part of the world or a different service, we will check the cost and email you promptly with the amount. We will confirm with you that you are happy with the quoted amount before charging you.

Free delivery on all orders worth £100 and over.

You will only be charged once for delivery and gift boxing (if applicable), however many separate shipments we make to you.

All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement.


If you are ordering a gift, there is a £3.50 charge if you would like to receive your purchase in a gift box. Please remember to mark your order as a gift.

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.

Packages will require a signature as proof of delivery for all orders sent via Royal Mail Signed For.

Please note that customers must ensure that they are available to receive the goods. Royal Mail undertake to deliver to the correct address, but may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee. This will be taken as satisfactory proof of delivery.

We will not ship items to PO Boxes. Please use your home or work address.
Orders outside the UK will only be shipped to the cardholders address.

If UK Parcels are not signed for:


If parcels are not signed for or you are not available to sign for the delivery - a note will be left instructing you where you can collect your parcel from. If you do not collect it within 7 days the parcel will be returned to us. We will email you to let you know that this has happened and then re-post your parcel to you. The charge of £2.50 will be added to your account and we will notify you by email.

If Overseas Parcels are not signed for:


Should we receive a returned unsigned for parcel from an overseas order then we will re-send the parcel however the original postage fee will be charged to your account again.

Returns and refunds:


We offer a 100% guarantee that if you re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or refund the full cost of the goods, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unstained and unwashed, with all labels intact.

ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN UNWORN CONDITION WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED / REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

Items smelling of smoke, deodorant, perfume etc will NOT be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Please ensure that briefs thongs and bodies  are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

We will not exchange or refund any suspected used garments.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, however you will not be charged any extra shipping for your replacement items. We are unable to offer refund for any sale and clearance items; all clearance and sale items can be returned to us for exchange only. You must notify us of any returns within 7 days of receiving your order .

A gift box or delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return - however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. Replacement items requested will not be gift boxed, so you may wish retain any gift box received with the original order.

Enclose a note with the return, ensuring that the following information is included:
Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or email address (especially important if you do not know your order number), return reason and details of refund or replacement required.

If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.

If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order unless stated otherwise by yourself.

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us of any problems.

Please take care how the item is packaged as we cannot refund items that have become damaged in transit. It is the customer s responsibility to make sure the goods reach us safely and in one piece, and we recommend using an insured and signed for method of posting as we are not responsible for items that go missing in the mail and are unable to credit you for packages that we do not receive.

International customers:


Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain your shipping documentation, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit.

If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.

Should you have any further queries on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local Customs authority. Any tax or duties charged to us for overseas deliveries will be your responsibility.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Important: If you are keeping the item, please read and follow the cleaning instructions on the garments tag. Once the tag is removed or an item is washed, you may not return it. Improper washing and or drying (for example machine washing garments that should be hand washed only) may seriously damage your new clothing.
